  • Greet candidates for in-office interviews and monitoring interview schedules (in-person and virtual)
  • Assist in facilitating a high volume of interviews
  • Prepare correspondence (meeting confirmations, reminders)
  • Provide support in collecting and recording feedback
  • Assist with due diligence process
  • Manage the recruiting calendar (checking availability, circulating invitations, tracking attendance)
  • Primary day-to-day responsibility for managing the recruitment database, ensuring accuracy of information
  • Prepare regular hiring status and pipeline reports for the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting and partner recruiting team
  • Maintain standard department templates, updating as needed
  • Maintain department documents and filing systems
  • Assist in scheduling events when needed
  • Assist with the pre-arrival process for incoming partners
  • Curate new partner onboarding schedules
  • Prepare check requests for related events and expenses
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively within a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • Effectively handle and prioritize multiple, time-sensitive tasks and work well in a high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work well, independently as well as effectively within a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong attention to detail in all written work
  • Candidate must be a self-starter who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and interest in taking ownership of responsibilities
This position will require physical presence in Proskauer's offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000.
