MagTech is currently hiring for a CNC Lathe Machine Operator for a manufacturing client in the Macomb, MI area. Please apply below if you are interested and meet the qualifications. Description: A cnc machine operator is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of manufacturing machinery. Their duties include monitoring machines when machining parts, quality checking parts after machining and inspecting machinery at the end of each shift to identify parts needing repair. Responsibilities:

• Operate a cnc lathe or mill machine
• Load and unload parts into machine or robotic feeder
• Ensure parts machined are to specifications using gauges and visually inspecting parts
• Maintain machine and work area

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to work on your feet for long hours
• Ability to work overtime including weekend work
• Perform basic math
• Follow company safety policy
