If you are not eligible for this program, we kindly encourage you to instead explore other opportunities you may be eligible for posted on our company career site.Roles & Responsibilities:Gain understanding of the product development process from working with internal cross-function teams (R&D, Product Marketing, Global Supply Chain, etc.) and third part manufacturersLearn how to visually present product conceptsLearn how to valuate textures and how to communicate product aestheticTrack and evaluate all new competitive skincare productsTrack key trends and participate in brainstorming concepts around new techniquesCreate trend report for seasonable skincare trends to incorporate into future formulas/programsAssist in preparing competitive formula evaluation charts to help showcase white space opportunities for the brandAssist with preparing samples for evaluations and for creative requestsSelected candidates can expect:Ownership of projects instrumental to the businessNetworking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the companyMentoring by seasoned executivesPartnerships with other departments within the company to gain a greater understanding of their role within the business#ELCUSInternships#ELCStudentOpportunitiesQualificationsDesired Qualifications:Strong interest in the beauty industryPassionate about cosmetics and beautyDisplays willingness to learnStrong problem-solving skillsCapable of working in fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Desired Majors:MarketingProduct DevelopmentArtQualifications:Qualified candidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2025) and on track to graduate in May 2026The anticipated base salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour- $30.00 per hour. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
