This position is located at our The Laundry Room- 901 E Arrowood Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217
Current Schedule: 1:30 PM -9:30 PM
Subject to change depending on the needs of the business
Team Lead Responsibilities
+ Assist in managing and auditing daily operations, including customer service, inventory management, machine maintenance, and staff scheduling
+ Handle routine tasks and customer problems and escalate unusual or high priority items.
+ Prepare reports for management, including shift reports, incident reports, maintenance reports
+ Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
+ Train new employees on proper operational procedures and safety protocols
+ Assist in managing employee performance, conducting regular performance review conversations, and coaching or retraining when necessary
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
+ Maintain all machines by ensuring all preventative maintenance tasks are completed timely, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and scheduling technicians when necessary
+ Order supplies and manage inventory levels
+ Process payments, handle cash transactions, and follow all cash management procedures
+ Assist in the implementation of corporate-led marketing strategies to increase sales
+ Track employee attendance and performance metrics
+ Ensure company goals are being met for volume and quality production and taking corrective action when necessary
+ Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
+ 2+ years of face-to-face customer service experience
+ 1+ year of experience of supervisory experience preferred, preferably in a retail or food service environment
+ Computer and tech savvy
+ Handy and able to troubleshoot issues
+ Creative problem solving
+ Willing to learn and understand how to run a laundromat
