Laundry Aide needed for our beautiful Viera Del Mar Health and Rehabilitation Center!!

The Laundry Aide will assist in the general cleaning of all linens and bedding for our residents.

QUALIFICATIONS for the Laundry Aide:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum a high school diploma or equivalent

· Recent Housekeeping or Laundry experience

· Must be able to read, write, speak and follow written and oral directions in the English language

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Laundry Aide:

· Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts

· Operates commercial and residential washing machines and dryers

· Proceeds to fold clean, dry linen and place into clean carts

· Maintains equipment and the laundry areas, cleans and keeps areas in a neat, orderly and safe manner

· Checks stock and notifies Supervisor of supply needs
