Essential Responsibilities:
Sort, wash, dry, and fold resident clothing, linen and community linen.Transport clean laundry/linen to designated areas and or residents.Hand iron items as needed.Clean laundry areas as needed.Assist with fire drills.Assist with the training of new employees.Requirements:
Read and follow schedules, instructions, and labels.Answer phones and write/leave messages.Perform the physical requirements of the position which include standing and lifting.Work well with others; treat residents, co-workers, and staff with care and respect.Protect resident confidentiality by not sharing information.Adhere to all Wesbury personnel policies as they apply to the workplace.
