Laundry Assistant
: Job Details :

Operates washer, dryer and any other laundry equipment per manufacturer's instructions. Sorts, launders and delivers processed laundry to resident areas. Maintains equipment by sanitizing machines, cleaning lint traps, and any other recommended tasks to assure equipment is ready for use. Follows all regulatory compliance procedures. Reports all supply needs and equipment problems to supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Laundry Assistant Minimum Required Qualifications: Current valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance (if applicable) Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous laundry ex...Laundry, Assistant, Hotel, Equipment
