POSITION SUMMARY:

Compass Resorts is seeking a hands on, enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and high level experience by maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our linens, towels, and other laundry items. You will collaborate with our operations team, executing your tasks efficiently, sorting and organizing items, operating laundry equipment, and ensuring our linens greet our guests with nothing less than an exceptional standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load and unload bins into laundry trucks
• Load and unload laundry machines.
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Organize, sort and fold clean laundry as instructed.
• Operate commercial laundry equipment
• Follow proper procedures for washing, drying, and ironing
• Ensure the work area stays clean and organized
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocol
• Maintain an upbeat attitude, contributing to a positive atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift and move very heavy items, physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $18 - $19.50 per hour based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Annual bonuses awarded to select employees based on performance and merit.

Schedule:

• Full time, 5 days a week with weekend availability required
