The Cypress of Charlotte is recruiting a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Laundry Attendant to work every other weekend and 1 day a week from 7am - 3:30pm in our beloved Health Center. If you have a passion for laundry wizardry and a knack for adding a sprinkle of laughter to your workday, this is the perfect job for you!Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Laundry Attendant:
- Conjuring up clean linens, towels, and resident garments with magical efficiency.
- Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and fluffing laundry like a master of the trade, ensuring a continuous supply of freshly laundered items to our residents.
- Embracing stains as your sworn enemies and showing no mercy until they are vanquished from existence (cue heroic background music).
- Collaborating with our friendly housekeeping squad to keep our laundry area organized, clean, and free from sock-matching villains.
- Engaging in occasional epic battles with stubborn stains and proving that you are the ultimate champion of cleanliness and freshness.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- A genuine love for laundry and the ability to transform heaps of dirty clothes into crisp, fragrant works of art.
- An infectious sense of humor that can brighten even the darkest load of laundry (laughter is the best fabric softener, after all!).
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Prior experience in laundry operations or a desire to become a laundry superhero with a thirst for knowledge and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
