Overview:
Assists with managing all operational aspects of Boyne Resorts industrial laundry facility located in Boyne Falls, MI. Striving to ensure the highest level of guest and team member satisfaction, while maximizing the department financial performance. Performs the following duties personally or through leading a team.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following for a QA/ shift lead:
- Regular Attendance
- Must be able to meet essential job functions withor without accommodations
- Ensuring superior organization and cleanliness of laundry area is clean and safe
- Foster communications between front line and supervision
- make sure you are following your PIP(Performance Improvement Plan)
- Supervising daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
- Holding team members knowledge of all team member positions well enough to perform duties in team members absence
- This is a working position, hitting production standards are a must and help maintain daily work flow
- Fill in for supervisor needs to be away and help when needed
- follow up with Management as needed and Professionalism is a adhered
- Performing other administrative and supervisory duties to ensure efficient and profitable operation
- QA/done on Monday through friday 2 hours before shift ends and the beginning of shift helping on the floor where needed
- leads are extension of management and carry out supervisory directives
- MUST HAVE A POSITIVE PERSONALITY and the ability to motivate others/ Maintain a positive CAN-DO-ATTITUDE daily
- Execellent attendance is mandatory
- leads should help were needed to get the production out in a timely manner
