Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY The Laundry Worker performs work in planning and providing laundry related services within the County Detention Center. An employee in this class is responsible for the preparation and cleaning of inmates laundry within the County Detention Center.The employee prepares, sanitizes, and cleans the laundry area. Work involves ordering, maintaining, and storing laundry and supplies. Patience and firmness are required in frequent contacts with inmates.
