Position SummaryThe LEO position is responsible for completing site inspections to ensure Mulligan Security policies and procedures are being adhered to by the Security Guard population. Field Managers provide armed backup and supervision of the Field Supervisor (Rover) staff. This position requires the individual to be a well-organized, detail oriented, resourceful professional with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.Essential Job Responsibilities
- Will visit all sites assigned to your zone of work at different times and complete inspections at each.
- Must be armed active or retired LEO
- Provide de-escalation when events require presence.
- Will be expected to respond to sites when Field Supervisors need to escalate issue to next level.
- While at site inspect officers' appearance and their knowledge of the site and de-escalation and anti-terrorism techniques. Ensure that officers are alert, in full uniform and have a complete knowledge of their duties and responsibilities. Report any inconsistencies immediately to tour command and Director or above.
- Issue Employee Violations to officers for infractions and deliver these violations to office for Director to handle.
- Will submit an End of Tour Report via email to Director and above summarizing what sites were visited with the results of visit and any actions taken.
- Collect all Timesheets and other mail, or forms and deliver to office. Distribute to sites any memos written and ensure that they are posted and/or officers are informed.
- When informed of a New Job Start, Field Managers will visit this site every tour for the first thirty (30) days reporting all, unless otherwise directed or an emergency or incident arises.
- When given specific directives from Director or above ensure that these directives are completed within the timeline given.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 2 + years of Supervisory experience, preferably in the Security industry
- Retired Law Enforcement with all necessary armed requirements including armed license, carry permit, etc.
- Must hold NYS driver's license
- Must hold NYS security guard license unless active NYPD.
Pay 30-40 per hour
