Location: New York,NY, USA
Our midtown Manhattan law firm receives hundreds of inbound mass tort inquiries each week from individuals who have been harmed by defective medical devices and dangerous drugs. Your role will be to screen these individuals to see if they meet our criteria and if we are able to help them, sign them to agreement for our firm to represent them. We are seeking self-starting individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team.
90-95% of your day will be spent on the phone making outbound calls to potential clients who have reached out to us via the internet. You must be able to work effectively as a team player while taking ownership and responsibility for your individual performance.
We are looking to hire immediately at a salary of $48,000.
This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday. After four months of employment, you are eligible for two remote days/month.
Job Responsibilities:
· Make 150- 250 outbound calls per day (this includes voicemails)
· Contact potential clients coming in via web forms and email
· Evaluate potential client cases to ensure that they meet our case criteria
· Explain to the client how we can help them.
· Make follow-up calls to those who have received our paperwork
· Ensure that every potential client is properly documented in our contact management system and that the potential client status is properly logged.

· Ability to prioritize efforts, stay focused and work in an efficient manner
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Goal/quota-driven, self-starter who takes ownership of work
· Ability to demonstrate what makes us unique to prospective clients
· Ability to exceed provided minimum daily call metrics consistently
Preferred Additional Qualities:
· Experience using Salesforce, DocuSign
· Spanish
