What You Will Bring:

  • A portable book of business of at least $1 million.
  • Extensive experience handling private corporate matters.
  • A proven track record of success in handling complex M&A transactions.
  • Expertise in due diligence, negotiations, drafting, and reviewing transaction documents.
  • A strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
