This is a full-time seasonal position with a starting time of 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. You typically work 40-55 hours per week, providing you with the opportunity to earn competitive pay while gaining valuable experience in the landscaping industry!
As a Lawn Care Crew Lead at Westside Grounds, your responsibilities include driving a company truck and trailer, providing estimates using our mobile app, and executing all lawn care services-from mowing and trimming to aerating and equipment maintenance. With your strong leadership, every crew member knows their role, ensuring efficiency and top-notch results. Your attention to detail and passion for quality shine through in every project, leaving clients delighted with their outdoor oasis!
