Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawn Specialist/Aerator at TruGreen in Franklin, MA. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as performing lawn aeration services, providing top-tier lawn care, and exceeding customer expectations with high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care services, aeration, and landscaping
• Knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Certification in lawn care or landscaping is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
