Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) at Cere Counseling and Wellness in Salisbury, NC, with flexibility for SOME remote virtual work. The role involves providing counseling services, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other team members to ensure holistic care for clients.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling
- Licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) in the state of NC
- Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) or similar systems
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural competency
- In the Christian faith system with a knowledge of or willingness to learn integration of theology and psychology
