Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a caseload, providing behavioral health services in a day program settings, and supervising behavioral health clinicians and interns.
- Ability to fulfill the role of a lead clinician.
- Maintaining active records of behavior support plans and medical monitoring plans.
- Adhering to regulatory compliance and structural integrity of clinical programs.
- Development and facilitation of clinical training for programs.
- Report directly to the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
Qualifications:
- NYS license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
- Prior experience working with people living with intellectual and developmental disability.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology
- Background of clinical interventions and theoretical foundations
