We are seeking a LDAR Project Manager (NDEC Practice Team Manager 1) to join our Midland, TX team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of the day-to-day LDAR operation for customers in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to maintain scope, schedule, budget for multiple on-going projects.
• Ensure compliance schedules, tasks, and training is completed on time and within agreed upon budget.
• Daily communication on project status with Atlas supervisor and client point of contact.
• Ensure all Atlas and client safety policies, procedures, and best practices are being adhered to.
• Conduct health and safety observations/training on a routine basis.
• Perform M21 monitoring as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• High school or equivalent education.
• Demonstration of high integrity and work ethics.
• Must pass a rigorous background check and drug test.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of the time.
• Previous LDAR experience or experience working in petrochemical facilities/outdoor industrial environments required.
Technical Requirements:
• Previous LDAR experience required. Previous management experience required. Must currently live in or near Midland TX, or the ability to relocate to.
Other Miscellaneous Qualities:
• Must be self-motivated and dependable
• Must be able to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
• Must be able to carry a 30lb backpack for approximately six hours a day.
• Must be able to climb in pipe racks, multiple flights of stairs, and tall ladders to monitor components.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 200 ft.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic mechanical skills/mechanically inclined.
