As a Lead Executive Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our corporate functions.
You will report directly to our Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team by ensuring seamless coordination and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails
* Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team
