Job Overview Job Description:Overall Purpose:This career step requires senior level experience. This position analyzes data from multiple sources including datalakes, internal/external data, data warehouses, etc. Uses predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the appropriate data to be analyzed to explain or predict behavior, solve a variety of business problems, and build business cases.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for business case development, big data analytics modeling using tools (Ex: including but not limited to: Tableau, Palantir, Power BI, Databricks, AWS Azure, Synapse, H2O Driverless AI, etc.), and business process integration. Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points and ultimately make predictions. Builds predictive models using data, tests the model on results outside of the sample size, and verifies the model in the real world. Quantifies significance of data variances, applies an array of statistical methods ranging from traditional to newly-developing within the Big Data space. Uses traditional modeling techniques to build models that support decision making. Develops reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings. Advises business partners with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes. Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.Education: Preferred Masters degree from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years' experience.Supervisory: NoLocations: Dallas, TX & Atlanta, GA. Relocation assistance is not available.Ready to work 3-5 days in the office per weekData Analysis and Interpretation:Collect, process, and analyze data related to user authentication and login activities.Identify trends, anomalies, and potential security issues within the identity management system.Reporting and Visualization:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to identity management and login functions.Present data findings to stakeholders using clear and effective visualizations.System Improvement:Provide actionable recommendations to enhance login processes, user authentication, and security measures.Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement data-driven improvements.Data Quality and Integrity:Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data related to identity management.Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues as they pliance and Security:Support compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies.Monitor and report on compliance metrics related to identity management functions.User Behavior Analysis:Analyze user behavior patterns to detect potential fraudulent activities or unauthorized access attempts.Work with security teams to develop strategies to mitigate risks.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, product management, and customer support, to ensure cohesive identity management strategies.Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis for identity management and login functions.Our Lead Advanced Analytics, earn between $116,700 - $196,100 USD.Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
