Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.We offer:Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global networkTraining and development programs to take your career to the next levelComprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)Responsibilities:How will you make an impact?ResponsibilitiesInvolved in a variety of planning functions for aircraft departures as it relates to the operationCoordinate of the overall operation within an assigned functional areaConducting agent observations and associated activitiesAdministering local training programsScheduling and manpower utilizationMaintaining supplies and inventory control logsPreparing customer correspondenceInvestigating discrepanciesCompiling statistical data for reportsAssisting management in the completion of administrative dutiesLead Agents must be able to complete all functions of the agent positioncommunicate with employees by radio and receive and convey clear and specific information to others related to the job functionPreparing weight and balance sheets for flights prior to departureMaking calculations based on aircraft load of passengers, baggage and fuelMaking corresponding entries in the computer systemProviding updated corrections to scheduled departure flightsQualifications:Who we are looking for?RequirementsMinimum age: 18High school diploma, GED, or international equivalentValid, unexpired and unsuspended driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being eligible for this positionAbility to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days offKnowledge basic computer functions including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookMust be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English languagePossess the legal right to work in the United StatesExperience applying math principles for mathematical calculations preferredGood organizational and interpersonal skills are necessaryAbove-average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment are essentialPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
