The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Lead Ambassador for the campus Academic Advising Office.

Primary Duties:

• Leadership and Supervision - assist the office manager in guiding a team of ambassadors, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
• Event Coordination - plan, organize and execute events and / or activities for the team.
• Communication - serve as a primary point of contact between the ambassadors and the office manager
• Reporting and Feedback - collects feedback from other ambassadors, advisors and reports any important information back to the office manager.
• Training and Development - conducts training sessions for new ambassadors and provides ongoing support and development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment in classes at SNHU
• Work-Study as part of the financial aid package

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
