This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business.Job PurposeThe Lead Analyst is responsible to implement a compliance and risk management framework and ensure ongoing compliance with regulators for UNY, DNY and MA. Key Accountabilities
  • Setup and maintain requirements
  • Support Control & Compliance Annual Testing: Revenue tests, surcharge exception reports/monitoring, encumbered lines, research
  • Serve as a resource for CCPS Policy and Support to evaluate training and performance support needs and design
  • Serve as a liaison between CCPS and Compliance & Controls
  • Work with the internal team and consulting partners to define metrics and performance goals.
  • Drive means for tracking performance of Customer Team pertaining to implementation plan to actual tracking and compliance to process standards
  • Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the business and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
  • Develop tools and/or identify and implement process changes to improve CCPS and Connections tasks/requirements efficiency, productivity and overall business performance.
  • Actively participate and lead discussions and activities during process workshops and meetings
  • Participate and perform mapping exercises to identify as-is and to-be process flows impacted by regulatory and organizational changes.
  • Support implementation of user-training activities
  • Assist in production of presentation materials for internal and external meetings and rate case filings.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools including Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in company systems (BI, Power BI, SAP GUI, STORMS, GIS, CSS and PowerPlant)
  • Lean/Six Sigma certifications, or similar experience/knowledge of standard process tools and techniques preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of National Grid's regulatory tariffs and policies, specifically related to CIAC (Contribution in Aid of Constructions)
  • Ability to think across different processes and provide innovative solutions
