This reputable Architecture and Design Firm with several multiple East Coast offices is looking for a Lead Architect, Project Manager to mentor, coach, and develop project teams for long-term success.
Lead Architect Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required
- 10 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
- 5 years of project/staff management experience
- South Carolina Architectural license required; or NCARB certificaiton to become licensed in SC
- Commercial and/or K-12 project experience
- Proficiency in Revit is required; AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation
- Ability to take a project from start to finish
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills
Lead Architect Responsibilities:
- The Lead Architect will be responsible for start to finish project management.
- Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs
- Define project requirements and develop design criteria
- Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc..
- Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
- Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
