Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Manager / Lead Associate Commercial Contracts in our Finance team to partner and support our North America's Rx, SRx and OTC business teams in contract negotiations, product launches, securing and maintaining business. Incumbent will ensure successful management of contracts for specific assigned customer accounts.This role (with hybrid work schedule) will report to the Team Lead Commercial Contracts Responsibilities
  • Draft/redline all necessary agreements, amendments, and proposals. Work directly with clients, and internal cross functional groups, to develop, amend, review, and analyze contracts.
  • Preparation and timely submission of RFPs, ensuring little to no delay in Pricing or Contract Setup.
  • Provide advice to the commercial processing teams (timely response on chargeback inquiries; rebate questions; contracting questions; etc.)
  • Participate in customer calls with sales to facilitate contract negotiations, review and signing of customer offers.
  • Assist the business in carrying out various initiatives such as product launches, price reductions/increases, proposals, and other customer related communications.
  • Draft language for new/different scenarios for legal review, wherever required. Report on various items such as terms, and bids.
  • Trade Show management from contracts.
  • Review of terms & conditions of customer accounts assigned to direct reports
  • Follow established business processes and compliance
  • Work on projects as assigned
  • Manage work of the assigned direct reportee
QualificationsEducational qualification: Bachelor's degree in business / finance or related field Minimum work experience: 3-6 years of commercial contracts experienceKnowledge of US Generics pharmaceutical industry commercial contractsSkills & attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple business initiatives and cross functional relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (Verbal and written)
