Linvilla Orchards is a family run business seeking a passionate and visionary Bakery Manager to lead our bake-off bakery. The bakery is open year-round and specializes in pies, cookies, and a wide variety of other freshly baked goods. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to taking our bakery to the next level, ensuring top-quality products and an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities- Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, inventory management, staff scheduling, and supervision- Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency for pies, cookies, and other baked goods- Manage and inspire the bakery team, fostering a positive and productive work environment- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships for ingredients and supplies- Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales, including seasonal promotions and new product offerings- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate product needs for events and festivals- Prepare daily reports on sales and production- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction- Work with senior management to set goals and make improvements in operationsRequirements- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bakery management or a related field- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team- Passion for baking and a creative vision for product development- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
