Maybe this sounds like you? We are looking for a Lead Behavior Technician!JOB SUMMARY: The role of the lead behavior technician is to implement aba programming in one on one settings with clients. Lead behavior technicians are trained across multiple caseloads so that they can additionally provide mentoring and support to other behavior technicians.QUALIFICATIONS: Staff member is a Registered Behavior Technician or has completed equivalency requirements. Staff member has a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA and demonstrates mastery of behavior technician skills and implementation of aba programming.LINE OF AUTHORITY: Employee reports to case managers and clinic directorRESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct therapy as scheduled by the Case Managers Be on-call for direct therapy sessions which need a provider assigned Collaborate with other behavior technicians to provide coaching, support Provide day to day oversight in the maintenance of the therapeutic environment and therapy materials Provide supportive feedback to behavior technicians and communicate any areas of strengths and areas for professional development to the Clinical Support Staff and Case Managers. As directed, pair with behavior technicians to provide coaching and to take data concurrently to inform accurate data-taking skills and procedures.
