KUR, Inc. is looking for Lead Budtenders to join our team at our brand new Embr Dispensary in Springfield, MA, opening mid October! This is a full-time position with the schedule to include weekends and holidays. A Budtender is expected to work five eight hour shifts per week and must be available weekends, weekdays, evenings, and holidays. The pay is $19/hour plus tips.Job SummaryA successful Retail Floor Lead will be able to provide product information to all customers and team members. A Retail Floor Lead goes above and beyond to meet or exceed company standards, achieve team sales goals, and meet or exceed our customers' expectations. By achieving these standards, it allows customers to have confidence and loyalty to our brand with you as the team leader. The Retail Floor Manager is also required to maintain strict inventory and cash controls with each point of sale to prevent diversion and ensure complete compliance with State and Local requirements. The Retail Floor Lead also has access to restricted areas to assist the inventory team.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below.
