With over 30 years of proven expertise across Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate, regions and industries, we're known for our integrated businesses, our strong investment performance, our value-oriented philosophy - and our people.Seeking a multi-talented, high-energy Investran SME / business analyst to act as an Investran administrator and business analyst for Apollo's Fund Finance Technology group. The ideal candidate provides visible leadership and accountability over projects and daily tasks; works independently and exhibits a high degree of initiative in resolving problems and developing recommended solutions.The candidate will work across several industry domains, including credit, private equity and real estate, so a broad understanding of finance is essential. The candidate also needs to have a mix of business analysis capabilities and technical acumen. In addition to Investran, the Fund Finance IT team owns several custom applications at Apollo; accordingly, a technical mindset is desired to be effective member of the team.Oversight and management of Apollo's partnership accounting platform (Investran), as well as business analyst responsibilities for tasks and initiatives associated with Investran.Primary Responsibilities
  • Management of the Investran transaction types, accounts and hierarchies.
  • Onboarding of new products (legal entities and vehicles)
  • Management of UDFs, page layouts and DIU templates
  • Management and development of Investran reports
  • Management of Investran team security and related processes
  • Management/execution of Investran upgrades. Experience with Investran Live a big plus.
  • Developing functional specifications for Investran automation modules (Active Templates and/or Business Events)
  • Managing projects to integrate Investran with vendor platforms and custom applications, as well as modifying existing integrations
  • Managing projects to automate extraction of data from Investran
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience required; bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Administrator-level knowledge of the Investran accounting platform required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience with web services and REST strongly preferred
  • SQL skills strongly preferred

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
