Job Summary

As the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing team leadership and business analysis support to customers on small to medium projects.

Job Description

We are seeking a .NET Developer to be responsible for coding and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. This position will be full-time and hybrid.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering from NCTA business stakeholders

  • Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements

  • Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and the software development team

  • Ensure all requirements are clearly documented and understood by all parties involved

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the system design meets business needs

  • Provide ongoing support and consultation throughout the implementation process

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the TISDSR system and its components

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and communicated

  • Work with IT and business teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that meet business needs

  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure IT solutions meet business requirements

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing business and system requirements

  • Familiarity with modeling techniques and tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language)

  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

  • Ability to analyze and design system workflows and processes

  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases and best practices

  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio

  • Proficient in utilizing Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA for tracking work throughout the SDLC

  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation is a plus
