**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of construction experience, particularly with high-end projects
- Punctual and exhibits a professional demeanor
- Proficient in reading, interpreting, and following blueprints
- Basic understanding of engineering principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have your own basic carpentry tools
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English

- Demonstrating advanced carpentry skills, especially in finish work and framing
- Working independently on multi-day tasks while ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Reviewing and interpreting blueprints accurately
- Fabricating and cutting wood components
- Executing wood framing procedures and techniques
- Installing window and door frames
- Assessing and repairing wooden structures
- Applying trim and finishing techniques effectively
- Training apprentices and laborers on assigned tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
- Performing other duties as assigned
