Lead CarpenterOverview: At Majestic Home Solutions we focus on residential remodeling work. Our Key jobs we work on day to day are; Finished Basements, Kitchens, Bathrooms and General Home Updates. Our focused work areas are in Southeast Michigan. we work dominantly in Rochester, Troy, Washington, Troy, Shelby Township, Macomb, Royal Oak, Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Key team members positions in our field team are; Apprentices, Junior Carpenters, Senior Carpenters, & Lead Carpenters. General Work Environment Work days are Monday through Friday with some occasional Saturday work. Start times expected to be on Jobs by 7:30/45 and Leave time from 3:30/4:30pm. Overall hours per week range from 40-45 on average. All Team members to show up at job sites wearing majestic clothing. Jobs sites are to be cleaned end of day and Daily logs reported before leaving the job. All team members use Builder Trend for clocking in and out and logging there work each day. All work details are to be found on Builder Trend as well. All team members generally work individually or with one other team member. This does fluctuates week by week. Responsibility of a Lead CarpenterAt Majestic Home Solutions, our Lead Carpenters are well versed in all aspects of residential remodeling. This includes strong knowledge in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC. Majestics Lead Carpenters work on all aspects of remodeling projects. Lead carpenters are the team leaders in the field. They work with our Design team and Clients on walk-throughs, job planning, material and supplies for there jobs they are on. Lead Carpenters will also be paired with a apprentice carpenter to work with. Lead Carpenters are hands on with implementing the work at hand. Lead Carpenters at Majestic have exceptional trouble shooting skills, completing task on time, and quality of there work. Lead Carpenters at Majestic have a strong knowledge of residential building codes and trade codes. Skill Set:

Qualifications

All tools necessary to take on skills above

High Proficiency Level in Residential Building Code

Proficiency in Trade work codes

Proficiency in Reading Plans

12+ Years in Residential Remodeling

5+ Years as a Lead Carpenter

Understanding in Project Management Apps (Builder Trend)

Proficiency in Trouble Shooting and Training
