Description: The Lead Cashier is responsible for the exceptional execution of Customer Service at the Service Desk, Self Checkout and Cashier Pods. They ensure all Plum Market service standards are met and Customer issues are resolved. They will oversee, and manage Front End Team Members and ensure they comply with the operating policies and procedures of Plum Market. They balance Cash drawers, prepare store deposits and complete necessary paperwork. Who you are: You are passionate and wish to continuously learn and grow your capabilities.
