Job DetailsJob Location Boulder Community Based - Boulder, MT Position Type Full Time Education Level Graduate Degree Salary Range $54,280.43 - $68,010.75 Salary Hiring Range $54,280 - $68,010 annuallyPosition Summary: The Lead Clinical Staff's primary functions are completing initial and annual clinical assessment, determining clinical eligibility for services, providing ongoing individual, family and group therapy for all clients requiring this service including clients in any service or location either in person or by Tele-Mental Health; and, providing ongoing treatment supervision activities for all clinical staff assigned to them. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Participate in treatment team meetings and provide ongoing supervision for clinical/group home staff.
- Guide clinical discussions during weekly reviews and monitor treatment plan effectiveness and provide retraining for psychoeducational material to Day Treatment Aides and Group Home Counselors.
- Complete all treatment supervision documentation, accurately record billable hours, and ensure timely completion of therapy-related documentation.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing the YBGR clinical model, with priority given to youth in Therapeutic Group Home and Day Treatment services.
- Coordinate therapy services, complete documentation for authorizations, and participate in crisis on-call rotations.
- Communicate with Home/Program Manager and other staff as needed on progress, problems, etc. as directed and obtain prior approval from Home/Program Manager for special activities and out of town travel.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- 21 years old or older
- Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance: Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana.
- Education: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensure Candidate.
Required Abilities/Skills
- Participate in treatment team meetings and provide ongoing supervision for clinical/group home staff.
- Guide clinical discussions during weekly reviews and monitor treatment plan effectiveness.
- Complete all treatment supervision documentation, accurately record billable hours, and ensure timely completion of therapy-related documentation.
- Distribute necessary paperwork to relevant parties and complete Client Incident Reports and Service Transition Discharge Summaries as required.
- Meet productivity/client service requirements and safely operate vehicles for client transport and business travel.
- Engage in regular supervision and meetings, including those required for licensure candidates.
- Develop a personal and professional growth plan and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by management.
