They maintain their emphasis on employee-centric culture and take a lot of pride in taking care of their people, developing them professionally, and allowing them to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Job DescriptionMain duties and responsibilities will include the following:
  • Program CNC machines for new products and optimize existing production processes
  • Write and optimize CNC programs for complex parts on three- and four-axis machining centers
  • Perform CAD design and drafting of fixtures, gages, and custom cutting tools
  • Assist in the fabrication of fixtures and gages as needed
  • Diagnose production issues related to fixture, gage, and tool design
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with company procedures, including drawings and tool room fixture programs
  • Ensure compliance with tooling and machining requirements during initial setups
  • Analyze and enhance tool room production processes
  • Measure parts and monitor tolerances throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate on designs for extrusion, fixtures, tools, and gages
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts
  • Assist in the development of workholding fixtures and selection of cutting tools

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC programming and setup
  • Prior supervisory experience is required
  • Proficiency in Mastercam and Inventor
  • Strong understanding of G and M codes
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T
  • Some college education or industry-specific certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Brother VMCs is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of fixture design
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Base salary $90,000-$110,000 depending on level of experience
