Description & Requirements

How you will contribute:

  • Supporting large revenue cycle performance improvement projects, including qualitative and quantitative tasks.
  • Supporting the team in advising our healthcare clients, particularly in billing and patient financial services.
  • Training clients on appropriate accounts receivable and denials management.
  • Conducting data analysis to assist the team in analyzing performance trends.
  • Providing a best-in-class experience for our clients.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment in discussing and validating client workflows, knowledge transfer sessions, and addressing issues and challenges.

We are looking for people with Forward Vision and:

  • The ability to communicate both up and downstream to team staff and exercise judgment in determining client interactions.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple client projects, including monitoring project time budgets and consistently meeting or exceeding agreed-upon deadlines.
  • The ability to professionally write and communicate deliverables, including but not limited to client meetings, internal meetings, and projects.
  • The ability to rapidly learn and navigate patient accounting, electronic health records, and revenue cycle software systems and reporting solutions.
  • High attention to detail as well as strong analytical skills.
  • Individually motivated for continued learning to keep up with emerging industry trends.
  • The ability to travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 4 years or more of revenue cycle, operational, consulting, or healthcare performance improvement experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience with Patient Accounting Systems such as Epic, Cerner, CPSI, or Meditech.
  • Consulting or operational experience in hospital patient financial services departments.
