Your 'day to day':
* Provide Retail measurement analytics through Nielsen tools (including RMS, TDLinx, and Spectra as well as market research) to facilitate business and commercial success for all Smoke Free Product consumer platforms.
* Approximately 70% of the role focuses on managing Nielsen while the remaining 30% will involve managing other Consumer Insights ad-hoc projects in the USA.
* Partner with key business partners (Commercial, Strategy, Data & Analytics, and Finance teams) at both a regional and Global level to continuously improve short-term and long-term performance of retail measurement via Nielsen.
* Serve as the Relationship manager for everything Nielsen and as the single point of contact for all Nielsen related issues including Contract Management, Custom Database development and maintenance, modification in scope, reporting, etc.
* Serve as single point of contact for the OneUS organization for all internal stakeholders for managing, supporting, and collaborating on everything pertaining to Nielsen reports and data.
* Conduct deep dive analysis while combining Consumer, Retail, and Market insights and understanding to provide narrative-based insights that support the business and stakeholders in making informed decision in a timely manner.
* Design, execute, manage, report, and effectively communicate study results for all types of ad-hoc research based on business needs and requirements.
* Drive impactful insights for key stakeholders including infographics, communication, and report and presentation at a high level.
Who we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience
* Strong experience with Nielsen tools (Nielsen Platforms, RMS, TDLinx, and Spectra) required
* Experience with consumer insights
* Knowledge of Market Research - desire and curiosity to learn consumer insights methodologies including both qualitative and quantitative research methodology is required.
* Highly collaborative with strong communication skills to make consumer insights relevant for different audiences, and with the ability to land insights by balancing storytelling and actionability / clear recommendations.
* Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset. Capable of aligning top-down, cross-functional, and market priorities, analyses, and insights.
* Be comfortable extracting insights from all types of data, 'connecting the dots' across multiple data sources, and making business recommendations.
* Energized by trying new things, agility in ways of working.
* Thorough understanding of the US retail landscape
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Annual Base Salary Range: $107,200-$147,400
