We are currently looking for a Lead Consumer Panel Strategist to be embedded with Comcast's Research and insights Team and support the various research streams. In this role, you will oversee the management and engagement of a large consumer panel and you will play a crucial part in establishing and executing panel strategies including recruiting, engagement, incentives and operational processes. You will be responsible for the day to day panel management and the execution of research initiatives and you will work closely with internal teams to ensure the insights inform strategic initiatives. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be in a position to design and optimize market research processes while collaborating closely with the various Comcast product and service lines. This is a full time position based in Philadelphia, PA. Core Responsibilities and Tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of a large-scale research panel.
- Lead the implementation team to define panel objectives, research goals, and long-term strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment, retention, engagement, and incentive strategies to ensure panel health and growth while mitigating churn.
- Analyze panel data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance based on industry best practices and trends.
- Align panel objectives with broader business goals through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful insights.
- Oversee the execution of panel and research projects using advanced management platforms to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by conducting regular business reviews and identifying additional survey and research opportunities.
- Stay current with industry standards and innovations in panel management to enhance processes and overall effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, Communications, or a related field
- Masters degree (Advantage)
- 6-8 years of agency experience in research management, panel management, project management, or related experiences
- Experience with panel building, recruitment, management, and engagement (i.e., maintaining panel health)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience / familiarity with survey design and market research methods
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong workflow and management skills including organization, time/project management, planning, and implementation
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and requests with competing deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and adaptive problem-solving skills, ability to reprioritize and/or revise strategy and implementation efficiently and effectively across projects
- Capable of working both independently on projects and collaborating with a team
- Ability to learn new technological/analytical tools and methodologies quickly
