Job Description:
As Lead Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals in accordance with company standards and guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that a designated number of dishes are prepared and presented daily to meet production goals. Additionally, you will oversee kitchen operations, collaborate with ownership, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
