You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data science, Product and business stakeholders, to deliver robust and scalable marketing data products that meet the needs of our organization. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, identifying customer requirements, and translating them into Marketing data features and enhancements. This position requires strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playCollaborate with teams from all around the business to understand marketing and promotion data challenges and opportunitiesTake ownership of marketing and promotion data that deliver key insights into our business and drive future business decisionsProactively develop data lead products to elevate FanDuel analytical and operational marketing capabilitiesCreate and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities and product visionProvide line management, coaching and professional development to Product Managers and Product Owners in your teamLead and document requirements, in the form of user stories & acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamline the execution of program prioritiesMonitor industry trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption or integrationDefine and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various Marketing data initiativesConduct product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to internal teams, customers, and stakeholdersAct as a subject matter expert on marketing data, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customersPlay a key role in self-organizing agile delivery teamsPlay a key role within the PM community here at FanDuel, sharing your industry best practice and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and cross-skillingTHE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammateProven experience (6+ years) [BB1] as a Product Owner/Product Manager, preferably in the data domainProven experience (4+ years) as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in marketing data2+ years managing and coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, Data Analysts or Data ScientistsAbility to organize and prioritize workload for a team of direct reportsExperience working with Data Technologies like databricks, Redshift, Python, data warehouse, data lake, and data pipeline technologiesStrong understanding of data management concepts, data engineering, data governance, and related technologiesA self-starter able to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an agile teamStrong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsComfortable being the product lead on highly visible and strategic data initiativesDemonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience working in Agile development methodologiesExperience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshopsTranslates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaDrives high standards for individual accomplishment and works to meet or exceed challenging goalsHigh level of self-awareness displayed and good understanding of the behavior relating to the environmentAbility to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen Is used to working in a fast-paced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities changePLAYER BENEFITSWe treat our team rightFrom our many opportunities for professional development to our generous insurance and paid leave policies, we re committed to making sure our employees get as much out of FanDuel as we ask them to give. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.#LI-Hybrid
