Good to have React-JS/ BI/ AWS/ ServiceNow Staff augmentation to support Systemic issues across Organization's Corporate (Legal, Compliance and HR) applications - Legacy systems lacking robust functionality, controls for pro-active monitoring, automated DevOps pipelines etc. 2. Improvements to Core Capabilities of the applications: 1. Understand the technical premise: 1. Get a clear view of Github repositories and other artifacts. 2. Add/ augment supporting technical design and code flow documentation. 2. Own, decipher and stabilize in current state: 1. Resolve known bugs and issues. 2. Monitor, investigate and remediate ongoing issues and open incidents as and when they occur. 3. Stabilize the code base and improve code quality where possible with surgical well-tested changes. 3. Add better controls and exception handling: Implement pro-active notification and monitoring for support teams. 4. Futureproofing: Build automation and self-serve capabilities for support and business.
