Job Description Summary:
Utilize evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to assess and reassess nutrition risk, malnutrition status, and identify nutrition needs.
Develop and implement nutrition care plans to support oral and/or parenteral and enteral feeding regimens. Participate in quality
improvement initiatives/committees. Provide nutrition counseling to patients and families as warranted. Participate in multidisciplinary and
interdepartmental collaboration and education. Supports the clinical nutrition leadership team in development and implementation of key
initiatives to support the department vision and strategic plan.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)LBOD - Licensed by Ohio Board of Dietetics - Certifying Board for Dietary ManagersCertifying Board for Dietary ManagersCertifying Board for Dietary Managers, LIC - Licensed in Field - State of OhioState of OhioState of Ohio, RD - Registered Dietician - Commission on Dietetic RegistrationCommission on Dietetic RegistrationCommission on Dietetic Registration
Bachelor's Degree from accredited college program, Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration, Licensed by Ohio Board of Dietetics
