Job Description Leads efforts for one or more of the health system's customer-facing digital channels. Supports the development of channel strategies, executes against channel roadmaps with minimal supervision, and is responsible for day-to-day activities of channel(s) under purview. Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for channel-specific goals in alignment with the organization's holistic, omni-channel customer communications journey. Job Responsibility Leads roadmap execution and manages day-to-day efforts for one or more of the health system's customer-facing digital channels.Supports the development of channel-specific strategies, contributes to the setting of channel-specific goals, and executes against roadmaps with minimal supervision.Manages external vendors and provides guidance to internal staff members in support of the digital channel(s) under purview.Responsibile for tracking, optimizing and reporting out on channel performance.Collaborates with senior cross-functional professionals to create the optimal channel experience for Northwell customers, in alignment with the organization's holistic, omni-channel customer communications journey.Exercises considerable judgement for decision-making on complex issues that may impact the department, division and system.Operates under minimal supervision for day-to-day work and general direction on more complex tasks and projects, with latitude to determine approach.Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required. Highly Preferred:
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of social media and content creating experience preferred.
  • Experience in photography videography .
  • Abilty to create and execute strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Open to hybrid and going to sites as needed (Nassau/Suffolk).
