Job Description:Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team player to lead field evaluations of new and existing electrical power distribution systems. Analyze, calculate, and design for new or rehabilitated infrastructure.Job Duties/Responsibilities:•Lead field evaluations of existing electrical power distribution systems.•Lead and manage the development of calculations, repair drawings, and repair/replacement recommendations, specifications, and scope of work packages•Lead Client and Contractor interface, attend meetings and oversee written reports•Provide technical support for field execution, including outage/turnaround projects•Manage constructability planning, proposal, and estimate development•Power Distribution (Medium and Low Voltage) for Industrial PlantsMinimum Qualifications:•Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering•Experience: Typically 8 to 20+ Years•Licensure: P.E. required•Technical Skills: Knowledge of Electrical Engineering codes, Arc Flash preferred•Management: Experience mentoring and leading teams required•Other Skills: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsProfessional Development Opportunities:•Leadership and management of electrical engineers and designers executing multiple projects •Development of training and mentoring platforms for internal team growth•Development of subject matter expertise in multiple areas•Advanced skills in project management & multi-discipline technical issuesIndividual field assignments typically each have their own unique requirements.
