Role Overview:

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll drive the optimization of green hydrogen production systems by focusing on power electronics, electrical system integration, and system performance in diverse operational environments. Your strategic contributions will directly influence the development of sustainable hydrogen solutions at the forefront of the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Electronics & Electrical Systems

  • Lead electrical engineering for power electronics projects in green hydrogen systems.
  • Assess grid connection conditions and ensure compliance with industry norms and standards.

Design & Planning of Power Supply Systems

  • Oversee the design and implementation of electrical power supply systems, including transformers and cabling for low-voltage customer connections.

Technical Documentation & Adaptation

  • Prepare, revise, and adapt technical documentation such as specifications, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layout plans, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.

Customer Solutions & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing queries and tailoring product solutions.
  • Work with internal teams across sales, bidding, engineering, and project management to develop integrated system solutions.

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical and hardware planning, preferably for automated process engineering plants (hydrogen, oil, or gas projects ideal).
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering standards, electrical protection concepts, and power electronics design (particularly transformers).

Skills:

  • Strong independence, responsibility, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and customer-oriented problem-solving abilities.
