( of RoleAs Lead, Omni Channel Solutions, you will work closely with business and IT leaders to define, develop and implement omni solutions within the Manhattan Active platform and associated integrations, with primary ownership of Manhattan Active Omni solution and Manhattan Integration Framework. This area includes critical touchpoints to the consumer including inventory, order management, fulfillment, payments, customer service, and much more. This position will have a heavy emphasis on leading the design, implementation, and execution of large global strategic initiatives as well as leading and influencing quarterly business initiatives. You will also assist in supporting run work involving triaging and leading the resolution of production/staging incidents as well as deliver ad-hoc business requests. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience on the Manhattan Active platform and integrations and has successfully implemented and supported omni solutions at a global level.Your ImpactDirectly drives impacts to revenue and consumer brand impressions by enabling seamless consumer experiences; either through direct development of Manhattan Active Omni capabilities or through supporting other initiatives that require touchpoints with OMSDesign, build, and support existing and new integrations using standard APIs, API orchestration, and Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF)Translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements leading the delivery of functional specifications, architecture design, mapping documents, landscape diagrams, data flows, and solution documents and communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.Act as subject matter expert/project lead for large strategic and business unit projects, with responsibility of owning successful delivery through all stages of the project lifecycleInfluence improvements and changes with data-driven support and decisionsProvide subject matter expertise of solutions and business processes to assist level 1 / 2 support teams as needed. For major issues causing significant operational impact, organize and lead cross functional task force to resolve issueProvide periodic “on-call” coverage after normal business hours, weekends and/or holidays to ensure minimal outage time and superior servicePartner and contribute in cross-functional agile squads including IT, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Digital Product, Store Operations, Global Retail, Merchandise Planners, Supply Chain, and Finance/Accounting, thoroughly understand business needs, translate the needs into actionable projects and tasks, and implement technology solutions to satisfy the needsAs senior member of the team, provide leadership and guidance for consultants, vendors, and other IT or functional teammates during project efforts or during daily activities, including review and execution of contractsQualificationsBachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.5-10 years hands on experience working on an order management platform. Manhattan Active Omni is strongly preferred but relevant applications will be considered.Experience implementing and supporting integration platforms with deep knowledge of API's. Manhattan Integration Framework and SAP IS experience is preferred but relevant platforms will be considered5+ years' experience acting as a team lead, project lead, or some other position of leadership and responsibility greater than individual performer is requiredExperience in Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, SCI reporting is a plusMust be able to demonstrate expert ability in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of omni order management functionalityWorkplace LocationLocation: Home OfficeReturn to Work Designation: Fully RemoteRelocationNo relocation providedBase Compensation$150,848.00 - $207,414.90 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
