Description and Requirements Department: Executive Support and Tech Experience Reports to: AVP, Executive Support and Tech Experience Leader Location: 200 Park, New York, NY Position Type: Full-time, on-site (5 days a week) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to support our Executive Leadership Team and their respective Executive Assistants from our NYC, NY office. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and maintaining a high level of service for our executives. The Infrastructure Engineer will closely collaborate with the AVP, Executive Support and Tech Experience Leader to implement and maintain robust technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Provide hands-on support for complex IT issues, including hardware, software, networking, and other technology-related challenges faced by the Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions specific to executive support.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance the technology experience for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the security of IT systems and data, including regular updates and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with the security team to address any identified risks.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, technical support, or a related role.
- Proven experience in supporting high-level executives and their teams.
- Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This position requires a presence in the office five days a week to provide direct support to the Executive Leadership Team.
- May require some after-hours or weekend work to address critical issues or complete major projects.
The salary range for applicants for this position is $116,500 - $155,300.
