SDSU is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as Lead Facility Worker for our Facilities & Services department. This position will serve as night shift lead during the hours of 10pm - 6:30am Sunday - Thursday.

Job Responsibilities: Assist in providing work direction and training to employees; delegate and assign work in the absence of the Custodial Services Supervisor I; provide building services to SDSU facilities so others may learn and work in a clean and safe environment, including hard surface floor maintenance, carpet and restroom care, building security and various maintenance tasks.

Knowledge of:

* Computer software applications and systems.

Skills and Ability to:

* Maintain levels of cleanliness and sanitation

* Lead and train staff

* Delegate and assign work.

* Complete quality checks, ensuring guidelines, requirements and processes are followed.

* Provide oral instructions.

* Provide written instructions.

* Stand for extended periods of time.

* Bend, stretch, climb ladders, twist, and walk.

* Lift up to 50 pounds.

Comments: Prior professional cleaning background is preferred. Applicants should detail cleaning experience, including specific duties performed and equipment used on the application.
