Job Description:
Be part of the Saint Therese difference! We are seeking an energetic, experienced Lead Food Server to join our dynamic dining services team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.Part-time position available: includes working every other weekend and every other holiday. The ideal canddiate must be willing to work both shifts times.
  • Lead shifts will be scheduled 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Food Server shifts will be scheduled 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Total of 52 hours per two-week pay period

Location InformationSaint Threse is a faith-based, nonprofit organization that offers a continuum of care and services available at one of our four Twin Cities communities: Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Woodbury, and our newest site in Corcoran.Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is our youngest community. Social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites. The Redwoods Senior Apartments, adjacent to the main campus opened in November 2017.Responsibilities:Performs a variety of Dining services related duties, such as serving kitchen and dining room service. Assists in the Residence dining room and kitchen, in the scheduled absence of the Residence Dining Manager. Qualifications: Experience: One year minimum food serving experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Ability to read and follow work duty lists in English
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Ability to meet physical demands of position
  • Ideal candidates will have some kitchen/ dining/ serving experience
